About Ben Peterson

Ben is an Alaskan comedian and a founding member of Rubber Ptarmigan. In the summer he setnets for salmon, and in the winter he makes ice cream. He started performing comedy as a freshman at the University of Colorado Boulder. Since then he has appeared in the Alaska B4UDie Comedy Festival and the North Carolina Comedy Festival, and has worked with the Sklar Brothers, Lisa Alvarado, and Sam Tallent. In 2023, he traveled with SNL alumnus Brooks Wheelan on his Alive in Alaska tour. Ben dreams of being fired from his jobs so he can pursue comedy full-time.
