About Ben Peterson

Ben is an Alaskan comedian and a founding member of Rubber Ptarmigan. Ben has appeared in festivals across the country such as the North Carolina Comedy Festival, the Vermont Comedy Festival, Mountain Fresh, and SF Sketchfest. He also produces numerous shows in his home state and helps run the Alaska B4uDie Comedy Festival. Some of the very cool headliners Ben has worked with include Beth Stelling, the Sklar Brothers, and Sam Tallent. In 2023, he traveled with SNL alumnus Brooks Wheelan on a two-week tour of Alaska and hosted the taping of Wheelan's special Alive in Alaska. Besides comedy, in the summer Ben works in the salmon industry, and in the winter he sells ice cream.
